    ITEM: Vintage early 1900s girls summer season romper pajama / undergarment.  Back shell button closure from the neckline to the waist. Shell button closure along the back waist to keep the short section attached but to allow the pant to drop to expose the butt. Tailored hole in the crotch.  Leg openings are gathered but not elastic.  Cotton fabric.
